Kluptha strives to ensure customer satisfaction with all our software services and event ticketing systems. Because our services are digital and instantly accessible, we generally only offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our platform.
- An event you purchased tickets for was officially cancelled by the organizer.
- You request a cancellation within the allowable grace period specified for a particular service or subscription (typically 48 hours for non-utilized software services).
3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at officialkluptha@gmail.com within the applicable timeframe. Please include your order ID, transaction details, and the reason for your request.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received and investigated, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Processing generally takes 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Please note that convenience fees, payment gateway processing fees, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless the entire transaction was determined to be a platform error.
